“Car Force One”

Car force one When thinking about my commissioned shoe artworks, I approach the shoe similarly to an autobiography. Every cartoon illustration is thoughtfully crafted to symbolize different aspects of the individual's life and personality. In this instance, “Car Force One” were commissioned by popular car influencer “POG”. The title “Car force one” nods to POG’s passion for automobiles. All the intricate details of the shoes represent important milestones, events and personal interests of POG’s life, turning the footwear into a narrative canvas. This piece ultimately questions the industrial norms of shoes, advocating for the return of artistry and craftsmanship that has been lost with the mass manufacturing of shoes.
